Collecting and using non-personal data within our system and for statistical purposes

 

When you access our Website your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our server for technical reasons. These data include the date and time of access, the URL (address) of the referring Website, the file accessed, the volume of data sent, type and version of browser, operating system and your IP address. These data are stored separately from other data you entered when making use of our services. We cannot correlate data with a specific person. The use of contact data published in our imprint or comparable representations such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses by third parties to transmit information not expressly demanded is not permitted unless we explicitly gave our consent in writing beforehand or there are existing business relations already. We expressly reserve the right to take legal steps against the senders of SPAM e-mails in the event of breaches of this prohibition.
